BROAD VISTA LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong, operates the e-commerce platform accessible at opsvob.com (“Platform”) and provides services related to the sale of full-range women’s apparel, with a focus on women’s suits, to customers worldwide (“you” or “Customer”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform to place orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. 6. Termination and Changes to Terms

Upon termination, any outstanding orders will be processed in accordance with these Terms, and you will remain liable for any amounts owed.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or our products/services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and us. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of notification of the dispute (sent to [email protected]), either party may submit the dispute to arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) Administered Arbitration Rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BROAD VISTA LIMITED with respect to your use of the Platform and services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (whether oral or written).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may assign these Terms to any third party without your consent, but any such assignment will not reduce your rights under these Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
