The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.​

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BROAD VISTA LIMITED with respect to your use of the Platform and services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (whether oral or written).​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.​

We may assign these Terms to any third party without your consent, but any such assignment will not reduce your rights under these Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.​
